About this file
This document is a Solicitation Addendum issued by the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) for a Non-Custody and Behavioral Health Staffing Analysis solicitation (RFP 121165 O3). The solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to conduct a comprehensive staffing analysis covering positions at nine correctional facilities and the central office, with the bid opening scheduled for March 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The addendum addresses three specific questions from potential bidders, clarifying the scope of the study to include all nine facilities, central office positions, and custody supervisory roles such as Corrections Captains, Lieutenants, and Majors.
The addendum provides guidance for technical response requirements, specifically addressing the submission of previous staffing analysis reports. If a bidder lacks a prior staffing analysis report, they may provide a detailed description or template demonstrating their approach to meeting NDCS staffing analysis needs. The document indicates flexibility in meeting documentation requirements while maintaining the core objective of conducting a thorough non-custody and behavioral health staffing analysis for the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.
