About this file
This document is a Solicitation Addendum for RFP 121165 O3, issued by the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) on March 7, 2025, addressing a Non-Custody and Behavioral Health Staffing Analysis. The addendum provides clarification and answers to three specific questions from potential bidders regarding the solicitation, which is scheduled to be opened on March 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The key questions addressed include the scope of the study (confirmed to include positions at all nine facilities and Central Office), the inclusion of specific custody supervisory positions in the analysis (Corrections Captains, Lieutenants, and Majors are to be included), and a requirement for previous staffing analysis reports (which can be waived if bidders provide a detailed description or template demonstrating how their report will meet NDCS needs).
The addendum is part of a broader solicitation for a comprehensive staffing analysis covering approximately 1,250 non-custody and 138 behavioral health positions across the Nebraska correctional system. While the addendum itself does not provide specific pricing or budget details, it serves to clarify and provide additional guidance to potential bidders, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the project's scope and requirements. The document emphasizes that these questions and answers are to be considered part of the solicitation, and it is the responsibility of bidders to check the State Purchasing Bureau website for all addenda or amendments.
