About this file

The file is a "Limitations on Subcontracting" certification form for a federal contract related to automatic door maintenance and repair services at Naval Submarine Base New London. The document outlines specific requirements for reporting subcontractor labor costs and prime contractor labor costs, mandating that the prime contractor must expend at least 50% of contract performance costs on personnel using their own employees for services contracts.

The associated federal contract opportunity is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation (ACQR6081183) for automatic door maintenance and repair at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. The contract includes a base period and four option periods, not exceeding 60 months, with an estimated performance period from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. The solicitation covers recurring and non-recurring work for preventive maintenance and emergency repair of automatic doors, with proposals due by 10:00 AM EST on April 28, 2025. Evaluation factors include price, corporate experience, and past performance, with experience and past performance combined being approximately equal to price in importance.
