The Municipality may terminate the Agreement upon thirty days' written notice for convenience or immediately for cause, including failure to perform or maintain insurance. The Agreement shall be governed by Pennsylvania law with venue in Montgomery County, and any material contract exceptions identified by proposers may result in proposal rejection at the Municipality's discretion.
