About this file

This document is a Texas Government Code Certification form for contracts involving public funds, specifically addressing requirements for companies with 10 or more full-time employees entering into agreements valued at $100,000 or more. The certification covers three key areas of compliance: (1) not boycotting Israel, (2) not discriminating against firearm entities or firearm trade associations, and (3) not boycotting energy companies. Companies must verify they do not and will not engage in these prohibited actions during the contract term.

The certification applies to various business entities including corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability organizations. It is mandatory for companies meeting specific employee count and contract value thresholds when contracting with governmental entities using public funds. The document provides detailed definitions of prohibited actions, such as refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or taking actions intended to penalize or limit commercial relations with the specified entities. The form requires the company's authorized representative to sign, affirming compliance with these Texas Government Code sections.
