About this file
This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that outlines selection submittals and criteria for a professional services contract. The RFQ requires candidates to provide detailed responses across four primary evaluation categories: Team Organization and Qualifications (35 points), Experience on Relevant Projects (35 points), Management Approach (25 points), and Overall Responsiveness to the RFQ (5 points). Respondents must submit comprehensive information including organizational charts, team member qualifications, previous project experiences, proposed methodologies, communication strategies, and special capabilities.
The RFQ specifically prohibits including any fee statements or cost proposals with the submittal, indicating that pricing will be evaluated through a separate process. Candidates are encouraged to demonstrate knowledge of local resource utilization and highlight unique capabilities that distinguish their firm from competitors. The evaluation will focus on the team's expertise, previous municipal work, understanding of the project scope, ability to complete work on time and within budget, and proficiency with electronic systems and communication technologies.
