About this file

This is a Bidder Certification of Bid Submission form issued by the Incorporated County of Los Alamos Procurement Division in New Mexico for the Abiquiu Hydroelectric Power Plant Crane Replacement project. The solicitation requires bidders to furnish and install two new overhead hoist cranes at the Abiquiu Hydroelectric Power Plant located at the base of Abiquiu Dam in Northern New Mexico. Each new crane must be rated for five tons, replacing existing cranes currently rated at approximately two tons each. The existing cranes are inadequate for lifting requirements associated with operation of the PRV gates, with each crane providing lifting support for one of the two gates that are not lifted simultaneously. Bidders must complete and submit this certification form as part of their bid package, confirming their authority to bind the General Contractor for the work and certifying possession of all required New Mexico Contractor's Licenses and Classifications necessary to fully perform the work.

The certification form requires bidders to provide their company name, applicable New Mexico Contractor's License Numbers and Classifications, Federal Tax I.D. Number, NM CRS Number if in-state, Los Alamos County Business License Number, and signature of an authorized agent. The bid amount must exclude state gross receipts tax and local option tax but include all other costs of doing business such as bonds, insurance, and profit, with applicable taxes shown separately on billing and payment requests. The Incorporated County of Los Alamos reserves the right to reduce or add quantities and has established a non-discrimination policy prohibiting discrimination based on color, national origin, sex, religion, age, and disabled status in employment or service provision.
