About this file
This is a Disclosure of Business Relationships attachment required under Texas S.B. 252 for state and local contract opportunities in Texas. The document establishes compliance verification requirements for vendors seeking to contract with Texas government entities, specifically the City of Buda, which is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified public accounting firms for financial audit services covering fiscal years ending September 30, 2026 through 2030. The scope of services includes performance of the City's annual financial audit, conduct of the City's Single Audit of State and Federal grants, provision of related audit services as specified in the solicitation, and additional assistance as required. By executing this disclosure form, the offeror acknowledges familiarity with and compliance status regarding the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' maintained list of entities conducting business with Iran, Sudan, or foreign terrorist organizations.
The attachment requires execution by an authorized representative of the bidding firm and serves as a prerequisite certification rather than a pricing or evaluation document. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, or funding amounts are addressed within this disclosure form. The document functions solely as a statutory compliance mechanism to ensure vendor eligibility based on sanctions regime exclusions and does not contain substantive contract terms, evaluation criteria, or award conditions beyond the business relationship verification requirement mandated by Texas law.
