The scope covers 26 specified line items in Category 1 including pump assemblies, sensors, seals, rotors, stators, fasteners, couplings, mechanical seals, and motors with estimated annual quantities of one to eight units per item, plus Category 2 non-specified SEEPEX products with an estimated annual material spend of $25,000.00. Mandatory qualifications include an authorized manufacturer's letter from SEEPEX confirming dealer or reseller status within three days of request; a full-time business address, telephone, and email; ability to supply the complete range of OEM SEEPEX catalog items; minimum three years' experience supplying industrial pump parts, mechanical equipment, or OEM components to government, utility, or industrial customers; and OEM manufacturer warranty support documentation within three days of request. Offerors must submit minimum three verifiable customer references from the preceding five years.

Prices are fixed for the first twelve months; adjustments thereafter are limited to Bureau of Labor Statistics index fluctuations for parts and attachments for pumps (Series ID: PCU33391433391415). The contract commences upon execution and continues until all obligations are performed, with potential extension at the City's sole discretion and a possible 180-day holdover period for re-solicitation. The City applies best value competition methodology and reserves the right to award single or multiple contracts. Insurance requirements include Workers' Compensation ($100,000 per accident / $500,000 by disease), Commercial General Liability ($500,000 per occurrence), and Business Automobile Liability ($500,000 combined single limit).
