About this opportunity
Broward County, Florida is issuing a Request for Information on Lansweeper Enterprise cybersecurity software for the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) with responses due September 7, 2026, as part of a Notice of Intent to Designate Single Source. This RFI is not a request for pricing or purchase commitment, but rather an assessment to determine whether Lansweeper, Inc.'s software is available exclusively from a single source or whether alternative vendors or comparable products exist that could meet the County's requirements.
The Lansweeper Enterprise software serves the Broward County Aviation Department's compliance with Center for Internet Security Control Standards. Required capabilities include active inventory management of enterprise devices; cross-platform asset discovery and hardware and software inventory; visibility into user information and logon history; version history tracking by individual device and user; daily active scanning of enterprise assets; dependency and topology mapping; utilization and ownership insights; granular-level forensic investigation capabilities; lifecycle management with renewal forecasting; and log aggregation for security information and event management. Vendors must confirm whether their solutions provide consolidated, centralized inventory; discovery across multiple domains; complete visibility through a user-friendly, on-premises managed interface; and warranty forecasting and alerts.
Vendors may submit information demonstrating their capability to provide the specified software or contesting the single-source designation through the electronic bidding system (BPRO). The Director of Purchasing retains sole authority to determine whether single-source designation is justified; that determination is not subject to protest or appeal.
