The five-year contract requires commercial general liability of $1 million per occurrence, professional liability of $1 million per claim with maximum $100,000 deductible, and cyber liability of $1 million per claim. Contract terms include 2.5-times-fee limitation of liability, 12-month warranty, and service level agreement remedies. Questions are due October 7, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled September 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Selection committee evaluation occurs October 21, 2026 with presentations potentially on November 4, 2026. Proposers may submit joint proposals with one firm designated as primary contact.
