About this opportunity
The State of Maine Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Division of Procurement Services, is requesting quotations for open shelf filing supplies for the Maine Judicial Branch statewide, with quotations due April 28, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time through the AdvantageME Vendor Self Service (VSS) system.
The scope encompasses pre-labeled end-tab folders (14-point manila double-ply, 9 by 12 inches, two fasteners, imprinted tick marks), color-coded by case type across civil, family, and criminal divisions; numbered labels in multiple sizes; case-type labels; UCD labels by county; year labels; binder supplies; mylar file folder protectors in various colors; docket binders; and outguides. Folders must be delivered to 29 separate court locations throughout Maine (including Presque Isle, Wiscasset, Farmington, Waterville, Rockland, Ellsworth, Dover-Foxcroft, Lewiston, Augusta, Newport, Alfred, Rumford, Springvale, Caribou, Belfast, Biddeford, York, Houlton, Lincoln, West Bath, Machias, Bridgton, Skowhegan, Portland, Bangor, and South Paris) by December 1, 2018. Pricing must include all products, shipping, handling, and labor.
Award decisions are made on a best-value basis, with lowest price as the primary criterion among conforming bidders; the State reserves the right to reject the lowest bidder if that vendor has documented poor performance or prior contract termination within the last five years. Quotations must remain firm for 180 days from the bid opening date. Payment terms are net 30 upon receipt of invoices referencing the contract number. The State is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes.
Bidders must submit a detailed itemized quote, product data sheets, warranty information, the Bid Cover Page, and Debarment Form as separate attachments in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format, with individual files limited to 2 megabytes. No best and final offers will be requested. Questions must be submitted through the Q&A List tab in VSS.
