About this opportunity

Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) is conducting a Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) for Multi-Media Consultant Services to support their storytelling and communications initiatives. The procurement seeks qualified multimedia professionals specializing in videography, photography, video editing, and drone videography/photography, with a specific focus on capturing content related to Beltline communities in Atlanta, Georgia. The solicitation is structured as a two-step process: first, vendors must submit Statements of Qualifications (SoQs) evaluated on a pass/fail basis, followed by detailed proposals from shortlisted firms. Respondents must demonstrate a minimum of three years of relevant experience and possess current Georgia Secretary of State business registration. A virtual pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for January 7, 2026, at 2:30 PM EST, with questions due in Bonfire by January 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. The final Statements of Qualifications are due January 30, 2026, by 4:00 PM EST. Proposals will be evaluated across six key criteria: project understanding and approach (20 points), portfolio of work (30 points), visual alignment with Beltline brand standards (15 points), diverse representation in deliverables (10 points), proposed team and capacity (5 points), and cost proposal (20 points).

ABI strongly encourages Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation, with a 30 percent participation goal targeting Female Business Enterprises (FBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Small Disadvantaged Businesses, and Small Business Enterprises. DBE certification can be through multiple entities including the Georgia Department of Transportation, City of Atlanta, Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, MARTA, Federal Government, or U.S. Small Business Administration. The initial contract term is two years with three optional one-year renewal periods, structured as on-call work orders. ABI anticipates selecting one or multiple firms across service disciplines, with expected annual workload volumes including 3-12 videography videos, 3-4 social media videos monthly, 1-2 edited videos monthly, two aerial photography shoots monthly, 8-20 photography shoots annually, and a one-year 360 street view project. Individual service budgets range from $15,000 to $80,000 annually, with a total project budget of $182,000 per year ($546,000 for three years). The project will be funded through Tax Allocation District (TAD) funds, federal and state grants, and philanthropic support. Contractors must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and comply with Georgia's E-Verify requirements and SAVE affidavit provisions.
