About this opportunity
Atlanta Beltline, Inc. is seeking qualifications and proposals for an ongoing, continuous Urban Fellows Qualified Consultant Registry, with submissions accepted through January 1, 2027 via the Euna/Bonfire procurement portal.
ABI intends to establish a pool of qualified individuals and firms organized by areas of expertise—specialized, executive-level, technical, strategic, or innovative subject matter expertise that may support the Atlanta Beltline Urban Fellows Program Pilot Program. The Registry may contain multiple qualified consultants within the same or different categories. Qualification establishes that a consultant meets ABI's qualification requirements for consideration for future assignments but does not constitute a contract award.
The solicitation is structured as a two-step process followed by contract execution. Step one establishes the qualified pool. Step two occurs when ABI requests proposals from appropriate qualified consultants to address specific needs that arise. All communications, submissions, questions, and inquiries must be conducted exclusively through the Euna/Bonfire Portal at https://beltline.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. ABI will follow up with submitting individuals or firms only through that portal. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis anytime before the January 1, 2027 close date.
Opportunity text
Atlanta Beltline, Inc. ("ABI") is seeking Request for Qualifications and Proposals in an ongoing continous process from individuals and firms with specialized, executive-level, technical, strategic, innovative, or other subject matter expertise that may support the Atlanta Beltline Urban Fellows Program Pilot Program. ABI intends to establish a Qualified Consultant Registry ("Registry") organized by areas of expertise. The Registry may contain multiple qualified individuals or firms within different or the same category. Qualification for the Registry establishes that the consultant has met ABI's qualification requirements for consideration for future assignments. Qualification does not constitute a contract award. This RFQP solicitation is being conducted as a Special Procurement Method and is structured as a revolving, open continuous qualification process. This is a two-step process. The contract phase is the third step for selected firms from the registry. 1. Establish a qualified pool of individuals and firms as needed that ABI may access when specialized expertise is needed on an on-call, as-needed, or project-specific basis; 2. Request proposals from appropriate qualified consultants when a specific need arises; ABI will administer the solicitation through its Euna/Bonfire procurement portal. (https://beltline.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities.) All communications for this request shall be done only in the Euna/Bonfire Portal. Please review the documents in the Supporting Documentation Section below for information, and information on how to submit for this ongoing opportunity. All questions and inquiries must be submitted in this portal. All submissions are only accepted in this portal. After an individual or firm submits their package, ABI will be notified through this portal and will follow up in this portal only. Eventhough there may be a date listed form close date, please submit anytime before the close date. The intent is to continue to receive submissions to review before the close date.
