Workmanship carries a one-year warranty from final inspection, with materials warranted per manufacturer specifications.
All bids exceeding $100,000 must include a payment bond equal to 25 percent of the contract price. Contractors must provide proof of Tennessee Department of Revenue sales and use tax registration or exemption documentation. Prior written approval from the Central Procurement Office is required before subcontracting any portion of work. Pricing is submitted as a unit price for the complete exterior upgrade project in U.S. dollars only. Work is performed at Long Hunter State Park, Route 1, Hobson Pike, Box 2968, Hermitage, Tennessee 37076, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise approved. Contact Cynthia A.
