The procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a comprehensive food and beverage service contract that includes food service operations, catered events, snack shack services, and restroom janitorial maintenance. A mandatory in-person site visit is scheduled for December 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time at the Soldier Hollow Golf Course Clubhouse, with an estimated duration of 2-4 hours. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest evaluation score, with an initial 10-year term and one optional 5-year renewal period.
No specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises were explicitly mentioned in the procurement documents. Vendors must guarantee their proposed concession fee for at least the first year of the contract, with potential adjustments thereafter subject to mutual agreement and requiring 60 days' notice. While specific award values were not disclosed, vendors will be required to submit anticipated revenue lists for required and additional services, along with proposed customer fee schedules. The concession fee will be calculated as a percentage of adjusted gross receipts, with a suggested baseline of 10.0 percent, and the pricing evaluation will award 150 points to the highest proposed percentage.
