About this file
This is a Claim of Business Confidentiality document submitted in relation to an RFP issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the State of Utah Division of State Parks for food and beverage concession services at Soldier Hollow and Wasatch Mountain Golf Courses in Midway, Utah. The solicitation requires a mandatory in-person site visit at Soldier Hollow Golf Course (1370 West Soldier Hollow Lane, Midway, UT) on December 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, with an estimated duration of 2-4 hours. An authorized representative of each prospective vendor must attend the entire site visit; late arrivals will not be permitted to submit a proposal, and failure to attend will result in disqualification. The contract is structured as a 10-year initial term with one optional 5-year renewal period, and award will be made to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest evaluation score.
The vendor must guarantee its proposed concession fee for at least the first year of the contract, with any fee adjustments thereafter subject to mutual agreement between parties and requiring at least sixty days' advance notice prior to the effective date. The document itself functions as a business confidentiality claim, likely protecting specific proprietary information, pricing details, or other sensitive business data submitted by a bidder in response to this RFP. An attendance log documenting all site visit participants, their affiliations, contact information, meeting minutes, and distributed documents will be published as an addendum to the solicitation.
