The contract term is two years with three optional one-year renewal periods, contingent upon satisfactory performance and fund availability. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate limits, automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit, and workers' compensation compliant with state law. The county has appropriated approximately $31,500 for these services and reserves the right to adjust this amount based on funding availability. Contractors will receive payment within 45 days of invoice submission, with invoices due by the 10th of the month for the previous month's services. Daily cut reports and monthly itemized invoices detailing work completed at each location must be submitted. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, and must maintain professional-grade equipment and adhere to County specifications for all landscape work performed, with performance standards including specific mowing heights, trimming procedures, and maintenance quality across the designated properties.
