The contract includes provisions for price escalation based on the Consumer Price Index, with potential adjustments after the third year limited to a maximum of 3% annually. Respondents must comply with federal and state regulations, including E-Verify requirements, and submit detailed documentation such as references, licenses, personnel resumes, and proof of insurance.
