About this opportunity
Florida International University (FIU) is seeking digital marketing services for its College of Law through an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN-2025-00127) released on December 11, 2024, with proposals due January 17, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. EST. The procurement targets comprehensive digital marketing support to increase enrollment in FIU Law's non-JD academic programs, specifically the banking, healthcare, and education Juris Master degree programs, Master of Science in Law and Technology degree program, and paralegal certificate program. The selected vendor must provide a detailed strategy encompassing demand generation and nurture campaigns, marketing automation plans, content creation for social media and email platforms, and digital media planning and placement strategies. Required qualifications include demonstrable experience with higher education institutions, particularly law schools. The contract will have an initial two-year term with options for two additional one-year renewals, contingent upon performance. Vendors must submit comprehensive proposals through FIU's Public Solicitation Portal hosted by Jaggaer, demonstrating their capability to generate qualified leads, applications, and student matriculation.
The solicitation documents do not explicitly specify set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. The procurement appears open to qualified digital marketing firms with relevant higher education experience. While specific budget ranges are not disclosed in the provided documentation, the comprehensive nature of the services suggests a potentially significant contract value. The procurement process will likely involve a competitive evaluation of submitted proposals, with emphasis on the vendor's strategic approach, past performance, and ability to generate meaningful enrollment outcomes for FIU Law's specialized academic programs. The contract's potential four-year duration (initial two-year term plus two possible one-year renewals) indicates FIU's intent to establish a long-term partnership with a highly capable digital marketing services provider. Interested vendors should carefully review the full solicitation document and be prepared to demonstrate their expertise in higher education marketing strategies and digital lead generation techniques.
