About this opportunity

The Lebanon Public Schools Board of Education in New London County, Connecticut, is seeking a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) for a copier/printer lease services contract. The solicitation, numbered 14551, aims to upgrade copiers, maintenance, service, and supplies across the school district's facilities, with a primary objective of matching appropriate equipment to each site based on specific requirements such as location, volume, speed, work needs, and necessary accessories. A mandatory site visit is required for all potential vendors, with two options available: Monday, April 10, 2023, at 1:00 PM or Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 9:00 AM, located at the Lebanon Middle School's Main Office at 891 Exeter Road. During these site visits, vendors must conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current copy equipment and technology environment to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements. Proposals will only be accepted from vendors who have completed one of these mandatory site visits, with the solicitation period running from March 27, 2023, to April 21, 2023, at 3:00 PM EDT. The primary contact for this RFP is Jacques Dulac, who can be reached at 860-642-5747 or jacques.dulac@lebanonct.org.

No specific set-aside designations, vendor restrictions, or preferences for disadvantaged enterprises are mentioned in the solicitation documents. The RFP does not provide information about incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing technological infrastructure that might require integration. Additionally, the documents do not specify an estimated total contract value, budget range, or detailed pricing terms. The solicitation appears to be open to all vendors and has been designated as having no specific line items, suggesting that vendors should provide comprehensive proposals based on their site visit assessments. Payment terms are listed as "unspecified," and no information is provided about contract duration, renewal options, or potential funding sources. The lack of detailed financial information indicates that vendors will need to develop competitive proposals that demonstrate their ability to meet the Lebanon Public Schools' copier/printer lease requirements effectively and efficiently.
