About this file
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Lebanon Public Schools in Connecticut for a copier/printer lease, solicitation number 14551, seeking comprehensive equipment and service solutions for the school district. The RFP requires mandatory site visits on either Monday, April 10, 2023, at 1:00 PM or Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 9:00 AM at Lebanon Middle School's Main Office, where vendors must assess the current copy equipment and technology environment. The solicitation period runs from March 27, 2023, to April 21, 2023, at 3:00 PM EDT, with the primary objective of upgrading copiers, maintenance, service, and supplies across district facilities. Vendors must match appropriate equipment to each site based on specific requirements such as location, volume, speed, work needs, and accessories, and proposals will only be accepted from vendors who complete one of the mandatory site visits.
The RFP does not specify an estimated total contract value, detailed pricing terms, or explicit funding sources, and payment terms are listed as "unspecified." The solicitation is open to all vendors and has been designated as having no specific line items, indicating that vendors should develop comprehensive proposals based on their site visit assessments. The primary contact is Jacques Dulac, reachable at 860-642-5747 or jacques.dulac@lebanonct.org. No information is provided about incumbent vendors, current technological infrastructure, contract duration, renewal options, or specific set-aside designations. The lack of detailed financial information suggests that the school district is seeking competitive proposals that demonstrate vendors' capabilities to meet the district's copier/printer lease requirements effectively and efficiently.
