The procurement encompasses multiple high-end audiovisual components including various sizes of UHD 4K displays ranging from 55" to 85", Rally Bar video conferencing equipment, modular microphones, mounting hardware, and miscellaneous installation materials. The contract requires complete system installation with professional cable management, system integration, user training, and comprehensive documentation, along with a minimum one-year warranty providing 24-hour remote support and on-site repairs within five business days. Awards will be made on an "ALL or NONE" basis to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer that meets all solicitation terms and conditions. The solicitation deadline is July 11, 2025, with vendor questions due by 3:00 PM on July 11, 2025, and a mandatory site orientation scheduled for 10:30 AM on July 9, 2025, at Camp Henry building 1685.

Initially designated as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, the current solicitation notice indicates "No Set-Aside Used," suggesting this designation may have been modified through amendments. The contract requires delivery within 60 calendar days from award date, with installation services covering a command conference room featuring a four-display video wall and individual command group offices for DCO, XO, CSM, and Commander positions. Performance will take place at Camp Henry in Daegu, South Korea, specifically at building 1685 in the Icheon-dong, Nam-Gu area. The procurement includes precise quantities such as 4 Rally Bar Mini units, 1 standard Rally Bar, 6 modular microphones, multiple UHD 4K TVs in different sizes, and 8 bracket mounts, with the contractor responsible for all transportation costs to the Korean installation. Proposals must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist SFC Pramod Khanal, with payment terms established at NET 30 days and electronic invoicing required through the Wide Area Workflow system.
