About this opportunity

The United States Air Force's 52nd Contracting Squadron at Spangdahlem Air Base is soliciting quotations for comprehensive maintenance and repair services supporting Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, large-scale video walls, and associated audiovisual infrastructure. The requirement includes quarterly preventive maintenance visits, emergency break-fix services, parts replacement, and all necessary labor, materials, and supervision to maintain these critical systems. Key contract requirements include providing remote support within four hours during duty hours and on-site dispatch within 72 hours when necessary, maintaining a 95% compliance rate for response times and service report delivery, and achieving a 99% system uptime guarantee. Award will be made on a best-value tradeoff basis, with the lowest-priced quotation from a responsible vendor demonstrating acceptable past performance receiving preference. The quotation deadline is May 6, 2026 at 1600 CEST, questions must be submitted by May 3, 2026 at 1600 CEST, and the anticipated award date is May 30, 2026. Quoters must provide pricing for all contract line items across the base year and four option years, submit up to three relevant contracts completed within the past three years, and demonstrate active SAM.gov registration with valid UEI and CAGE codes.

This is a full and open competition with no set-aside designation, and there is no incumbent contractor identified as this represents a new maintenance requirement. The acquisition is valued at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $350,000, utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price contract type. The requirement encompasses maintenance services for seven VTC systems and five video walls distributed across three buildings at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, though Building 23 equipment is optional pending planned system replacement and Building 3030 systems were removed due to an existing maintenance agreement with over 2.5 months remaining. The contract structure includes a base year plus four optional renewal years, with delivery on an FOB Destination basis to Spangdahlem Air Base. All contractor personnel must obtain German police certificates, maintain neat appearance with company identification badges, and comply with Spangdahlem Air Base Motor Vehicle Code and security requirements, including military escorts for restricted areas.
