The contract structure includes a base year running from September 20, 2025, through September 19, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods, creating a potential five-year total performance period with a maximum value of $21 million. The instructors will support multiple warrant officer courses including the Warrant Officer Intermediate Course (WOIC), Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education (WOILE/WOAC), Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE/WOSC), and the future Warrant Officer Master Course (WOMC) beginning in FY27. Projected student loads include 840 students for WOILE and 420 students for WOSSE in FY26.
