About this file
Technical Exhibit 1 is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) detailing the performance standards for contract instructors at the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College (USAWOCC). The document outlines eight specific performance objectives with detailed standards, thresholds, and potential incentives or disincentives. Key performance requirements include properly preparing classrooms, delivering comprehensive class introductions, demonstrating specialized knowledge, maintaining appropriate student interactions, utilizing effective instructional techniques, and implementing Army Learning Model (ALM) techniques.
The performance standards are rigorously defined, with each objective having multiple specific criteria that must be met. Instructors are subject to periodic surveillance at least quarterly, and consistent failure to meet performance standards could result in dismissal at the Contracting Officer's discretion. The evaluation will be used to substantiate objective ratings of contractor performance through Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPAR) periods, with a focus on maintaining high-quality instructional standards across various Warrant Officer educational programs including Intermediate Level Education (WOILE), Senior Service Education (WOSSE), and other professional military education courses.
