About this file

The file is a Pricing Schedule for the USAWOCC Institution Contract Instructors solicitation (W9124G_USAWOCC_ICI), detailing contract line items (CLINs) for a base year and four option years. The contract is a non-personal services agreement with the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis, requiring professional military education (PME) and instruction training services for Warrant Officer Career College students.

The pricing schedule includes two CLINs for each contract period: one for services and another for Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR). Each service CLIN is for 12 months and priced as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), with the CMR CLIN designated as Not Separately Priced (NSP). The document also includes provisions for potential contract extension under FAR 52.217-8, allowing the government to extend services in one to six-month increments, not exceeding a total of six months during the contract's lifecycle, with pricing maintained at the same rates as the original task order.

FAR 52.217-8 Extension

EVALUATION OF FAR 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES.

For the purposes of the award of this task order, the Government intends to evaluate the option to extend services, provided under FAR 52.217-8, as follows:

1. The evaluation will consider the possibility that the option may be exercised after the end of the base period, and can be exercised in increments of one (1) to six (6) months, but for no more than a total of six months during the life of the contract.

2. The evaluation will assume that the prices for any option exercised under FAR 52.217-8 will be at the same rates as those in effect under the task order when the option is exercised.

3. The evaluation will, therefore, assume exercising the option under FAR 52.217-8 will be at the same price for the basic requirement, and the option price will have the same effect on the total price of all proposals.

4. This evaluation will not obligate the Government to exercise any option under FAR 52.217-8.
