About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for the USAWOCC Institution Contract Instructors (W9124G25RA005) solicitation issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Novosel. The questionnaire is designed to collect detailed performance feedback from previous clients about a potential contractor's capabilities in providing Tech Analyst support services for the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE), Organization and Personnel Force Development Directorate (OPFD).
The questionnaire comprehensively evaluates contractor performance across multiple dimensions, including technical performance, program management, transition/phase-in capabilities, employee retention, small business participation, and cost performance. Evaluators are asked to rate the contractor's performance on specific metrics using a Satisfactory (S), Unsatisfactory (US), or Not Applicable (NA) scale. The document requests that completed questionnaires be emailed to Rowan Anderson, Christopher Martin, and Laura Blackmon by the solicitation closing date, with the goal of verifying the offeror's past performance and ability to meet the contract's technical and operational requirements.
