The purpose of this amendment dated 14 November 2019 is to gather additional information from Industry regarding the following:
- Based on the draft Statement of Work (SOW-UV BWTS) and Baseline Design Requirements documents (MFR UV BWTS BDRD 2019-11-07 for Public Release) provided as an attachment to this notice, would you be able to fully price a proposal based on the requirements specified therein, to include at a minimum:
- General Requirements at Section 3.1
- Phase One - Design (Section 3.2)
- Phase Two - Manufacturing (Section 3.3)
- Phase Three - Testing (Section 3.4)

3. If not, what cost factors or cost elements or section of the Statement of Work and/or Baseline Design Requirement Documents precludes you from being able to reasonably propose the cost/price for each contract year (1 thru 5)?
4. If you are unable to fully price a proposal based on the requirements specified therein, how much of the requirement would you be able to price? And, to what degree of confidence would you be able to price a proposal for the same (portion(s) of the requirement that can be priced) for contract years 2, 3, 4, and 5?
