The procurement covers comprehensive Travel Management Center services including flight, train, and ferry ticket issuance, hotel and vehicle reservations, visa assistance, emergency travel support, and related services for U.S. Government employees and their dependents. The contractor must maintain a facility in China and provide 24/7 emergency services while complying with government travel regulations and integrating with the e2 Solutions platform used by CW Government Travel. The original proposal deadline of June 16, 2025, at 1500 hours Central European Time has been extended to June 30, 2025, with questions having been due by June 6, 2025.

This solicitation does not include any set-aside designations and is open to all responsible contractors. The contract is structured as an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity firm-fixed-price requirements contract with a base year and four one-year option periods, spanning from July 1, 2025, to May 31, 2030. The estimated contract value ranges from a minimum of $20,000 to a maximum of $1,300,000 over the entire contract period. Key service quantities include an estimated 1,270 flight ticket transactions and 80 train/ferry ticket transactions annually, along with various ancillary services such as overnight deliveries, hotel reservations, and meeting assistance.
