Offerors are to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 to RFP N00421-17-R-0018 by completing blocks 14 thru 15, signing and dating blocks 17 and 18 of RFP Standard Form 33. Signed acknowledgement is to be provided with proposal package due no later than 2:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 15 Jan 2019.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD is releasing the FINAL RFP and attachments for TACT.
Questions: Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing Rob.Myers@navy.mil; David.Silverstone@navy.mil and Beatriz.Rojas@navy.mil.
It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after this time period may not be answered prior to the submission deadline.
