About this file

This document is a pre-solicitation notice for a Terminal Attack Controller Trainer (TACT) services requirement. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to release a request for proposal in March 2018 for indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to provide contracted air services. NAVAIR will hold a pre-solicitation conference on February 21, 2018 at Naval Systems Incorporated in Lexington Park, Maryland to brief potential offerors and answer questions. Interested parties must RSVP by February 16 and provide security clearance information for up to three attendees per company. The notice provides details on the capabilities sought, Navy airworthiness and weapons danger zone overview, planned contract structure, and advises checking the website for additional draft RFP sections. The awards are expected in the first quarter of fiscal year 2019.
