Performance will occur at the Tomah VA Medical Center campus in Tomah, Wisconsin, with services covering multiple buildings across the medical facility. The solicitation indicates minimal pest activity over the past 24 months, with approximately three emergency service requests, two bed bug incidents, and no reported issues with bees, wasps, birds, or wood-destroying organisms. The facility currently maintains approximately 18 fly lights and utilizes exterior rodent bait stations near building entrances along with interior traps in high-risk areas.
