a. A site visit was not originally contemplated or scheduled for this requirement. However, due to the high volume of requests there will be a site visit on August 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. The vendors are expected to meet at the main entrance for sign in with the Contracting Officer and Representatives of the requiring facility.

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Evaluation Criteria section of the solicitation. Specifically, the reference to the use of a past performance survey as an evaluation tool has been removed. Past performance will continue to be evaluated using other available sources as stated in the solicitation.

This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 Effective June 11, 2025.
