The procurement covers appliances including refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, electric and gas ranges, washing machines, and dryers that will be installed across multiple military facilities in the United States, Japan, Italy, and Germany. This is a full and open competition available to all business sizes under NAICS code 335220, with contractors required to be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) with no exclusions. The government will evaluate quotes based on price, past performance, technical capability, and schedule, selecting the quote that provides the best value while being technically acceptable at the lowest total price. This solicitation operates without any set-aside designations and represents a firm-fixed price contract subject to fund availability. The furniture installation period is scheduled to begin no earlier than January 30, 2026, and must be completed by April 24, 2026, with delivery terms set as FOB Destination. Performance locations span globally, including installations at Fort Wainwright and Fort Belvoir in the United States, Camp Zama and Camp Humphreys in Asia, Vicenza in Italy, and various facilities in Germany including Ansbach, Stuttgart, and Rheinland Pfalz. Amendment 0001 was issued on August 20, 2025, incorporating government responses to vendor questions regarding appliance removal and delivery procedures at specific locations.
