About this file
This document is a Technical Review Checklist for a federal Request for Quote (RFQ) for UH Multi Installations Appliances. The technical review requires vendors to provide comprehensive documentation demonstrating compliance with specific furniture item description (FID) requirements, including GSA-approved documentation for beds, underbed drawers, wooden casegoods, and metal casegoods. Vendors must submit detailed technical documents organized sequentially, with highlighted contract modifications, manufacturer specifications, and testing results.
The related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation W912DY25Q2028) is issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Support Center Huntsville for procuring appliances across multiple installations. The RFQ is a full and open competition for commercial items under NAICS code 335220, with quotes due by 27 August 2025. The contract is a firm-fixed price type with a furniture installation period from 30 January 2026 to 24 April 2026, and pricing will remain valid for 120 days. Contractors must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) with no exclusions to be considered for award.
