About this opportunity

The Air Force Materiel Command Life Cycle Management Center seeks to procure one precision approach path indicator, one instrument landing system/distance measuring equipment, and two Doppler VHF omnidirectional range/distance measuring equipment systems along with associated support equipment, familiarization training, and support services for the Lebanese Armed Forces. Proposals will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, assessing technical factors such as management approach, schedule, warranty, and risk mitigation with acceptable/unacceptable ratings. Prices will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and total evaluated cost. Proposals are due no later than January 26, 2022.

The solicitation contains no set-aside designations. The primary NAICS code is 541690 and PSC code is J070. The equipment and services are to be provided for two airbases in Lebanon over multiple years, with all equipment required to be delivered and installed by September 2023. The government estimates awarding a single firm fixed price contract with a period of performance from the award date in 2022 through September 2023 and two one-year option periods, totaling five years for the base period and all options if exercised. Performance will take place in Lebanon.
