# Question or Reason for Concern USG Comment

Rather than sending multiple emails for the submission, can we provide our submission documents via a link or is there a secured government portal to upload the documents?

This was addressed – please see sam.gov Request for Proposal FA873022R0001 CRM round 5. Thank you.

We have reviewed CRM round 5, and understand that you require the submission by email. ... please advise on how we can proceed with our submission, and if multiple emails for the submission will be accepted.

Please submit via email and label your emails (1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc…). Please include a transmission index in your first email for ease of tracking.
