Building 896 HVAC Replacement for the Unites States Air Force C5 Flight and Ground Training School (affectionately referred to as The C5 Schoolhouse) The work includes the demolition and preparation for replacement, removal, and full replacement of two (2) each, 5 Ton and two (2) each 15 ton air cooled down-flow Computer Room Air Conditioning Units (CRAC Units), their condensers, their fire alarm components, electrical feeds and circuits, and all appurtenances to result in a fully 100% turnkey replacement of the Computer Room HVAC System with a new, engineered and more energy efficient CRAC system. The Scope of this project is to inspect, test, audit, and otherwise investigate the existing facility computer room HVAC systems, usage, configuration, location and construction, and to provide the Government with a 100% complete, comprehensive, and detailed design to 100% IFC. The Contractor shall cause a comparison of this data and provide their findings in the form of a written Design Analysis. The DA shall include as a minimum, the discussion of the existing system, its ability or inability to meet the current load. The contractor shall provide a design that includes temporary air conditioning to meet the requirements of the space. This includes any generator, maintenance and fuel support
