Critical dates include the August 6, 2025 deadline for written questions, August 11, 2025 for government responses to questions, and August 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time for final proposal submissions.

This procurement is designated as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561720 (Janitorial Services), with the current incumbent contractor identified as Eco-Friendly Cleaning Specialist LLC holding a contract valued at $91,497.97 for the base plus four option years. The new contract performance period will span five years from November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2030, providing continuity of services at the critical air traffic control facility. Services will be performed at the Rapid City Air Traffic Control Tower located at 4820 FAA Road in Rapid City, South Dakota, requiring coordination with the National Guard for facility access and badging requirements. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) by the proposal due date, and an optional site visit was conducted on July 29, 2025 to allow potential offerors to assess the facility and cleaning requirements firsthand.
