About this file
The Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire is a document designed to help the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) determine access requirements and investigation needs for potential contractor employees. The form requires contractors to provide detailed information about their anticipated workforce, including the number of employees per labor category and their expected access needs to FAA facilities, computer systems, and sensitive unclassified information. For each labor category, contractors must specify position titles, estimated employee count, routine facility access requirements (more than one day per week for over 180 days), computer system access needs, and potential access to sensitive FAA information.
