Offerors are invited to submit concept papers by January 31, 2024 for consideration under two tracks. Track 1 involves submissions for walk-through screening systems, detection algorithms, synthetic data tools, automated annotation, and open architecture integration. Track 2 focuses on wideband upgrades to existing imaging technology. Selected offerors will receive requests for full proposals or execute bailment agreements to test solutions. Submissions must achieve Technology Readiness Level 5 or higher and comply with cybersecurity and project management requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on entrance criteria, technical approach, past performance, and price to select solutions that provide near-term improvements to current screening operations.
