About this opportunity

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration seeks to procure four 26-foot rigid hull inflatable boats, associated trailers, and freight costs for its National Marine Fisheries Service Southeast Enforcement Division. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price, with technical factors being significantly more important than price. Quotes are due by August 7, 2020 and must include separate volumes for technical/past performance details and pricing.

This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 336612, with an anticipated award as a firm-fixed price purchase order under FAR Parts 12 and 13. Quotes will be evaluated on the quoter's ability to meet the detailed technical requirements and performance standards outlined in the statement of work, as well as past performance references from up to three similar contracts valued over $150,000 awarded within the last three years. The vessels will replace aging assets and support fisheries enforcement operations along the southeastern United States coastline between North Carolina and Texas.
