Quotes are due by August 7, 2020 and shall include two volumes - the first addressing technical approach and past performance without pricing details, and the second containing pricing information. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items

GENERAL INFORMATION

In accordance with the “Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items” clause, the Government intends to evaluate quoters and award a contract without discussions with quoters. Therefore, the quoter’s initial quote should contain the quoter’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all quotes if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest quote; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotes received.

A quote shall consist of two (2) separate volumes (attachments) as noted in the table below submitted as attachments in one or more emails, if necessary due to file size.
