About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office is seeking qualified sources for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contracts to provide multifunctional devices (MFDs), accessories, and office document equipment across the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and select non-foreign territories. The procurement requires firm fixed-price contracts offering comprehensive services including equipment leasing for up to 60 months, installation, removal, full-service maintenance, consumable supplies (excluding paper), end-user training, relocations, network functionality, and network security. Key technical requirements include Trade Agreement Act compliance, new equipment meeting specific operational standards (600x600 DPI copy resolution, 1,200x1,200 DPI print resolution), Windows 11 and macOS 13 support, DISA STIG compliance, and hard drive encryption. Contractors must maintain a minimum 90% weekly device availability rate with response times of two hours in non-remote areas and four hours in remote areas. Interested companies must submit a 10-page capabilities package by February 27, 2026, and questions regarding the draft Performance Work Statement must be submitted by November 13, 2025.

This RFI/Sources Sought is unrestricted with no small business set-aside, and the Government anticipates awarding up to six contracts per Functional Area within the CONUS and remote location categories. The total maximum contract value is estimated at $448.26 million for the five-year ordering period with devices categorized into four functional areas based on device type (A3/A4 or production-level) and location (CONUS or remote). Volume bands range from 1 through 9, with estimated annual impressions varying from 5,000 to 225,000 monthly impressions depending on the specific band and functional area. Contractors must obtain a Secret-level Facility Clearance within 90 days of award and comply with all personnel security clearance requirements at their own expense. This is a non-obligatory RFI for market research purposes; responses do not guarantee contract awards, and the Government will not provide debriefing on results or reimburse costs associated with submitting information.
