The Department of Agriculture Forest Service R6-Pacific Northwest Region seeks road maintenance and vegetation management services to repair fire damage on the Willamette National Forest, with quotations due June 24, 2026 at 4:30 PM PT. Place of performance is the Northern end of the Middle Fork Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest in Oregon, with administrative oversight at Prineville, Oregon. Work runs from June 29, 2026 to October 30, 2027. Services include surface maintenance on 150.32 miles of Level 2 roads with roller compaction, spot surfacing of 12,650 cubic yards (with optional 9,700 cubic yards) at 3/4" gradation, load-haul-place of 12,610 cubic yards, water-bar installation, ditch and drainage structure cleaning across 15.9 and 100.21 miles respectively, entrance berm installation, hay bale placement, roadside brushing across 6.19 miles, and logging-out maintenance across 23.15 miles, plus mobilization. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, and transportation. Pre-approved aggregate sources are Parvin Butte (preferred) and Davidsons Rock Quarry; other sources require approval within three days. The general contractor must perform at least 50% of work with its own forces. Pricing is firm fixed-price per line item. Offerors must submit three attachments addressing past performance, technical capability and qualifications, and pricing; all items must be priced for an offer to be responsive. The government intends one award. The Contracting Officer's Representative is Carson Hanna.

Amendment 0001 -
1.This amendment extends the quotation due date to 6/24/2026 at 4:30 PM PT.
2.This amendment changes the project completion date to 10/30/2027.
The purpose of this contract is to maintain roads and manage vegetation growth to ensure safe and productive road conditions. Specifically, to repair damage to road surfaces and drainage structures during suppression of the 2024 Willamette Complex fire.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide road maintenance services to the Willamette NF road system.
The contractor shall provide services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The work shall be performed throughout the Northern end of the Middle Fork Ranger District of the Willamette NF in Oregon.
