Update #8 ·
The U.S. Army plans to procure Light Capability Rough Terrain Forklifts (LCRTFs). The LCRTF is defined as a rough terrain forklift that has an extendible boom with two axles, and four wheel steering. It is powered with a diesel engine compatible with military fuels, and hydrostatic or automatic transmission. The LCRTF will be required to meet all the stated requirements in the LCRTF Army Technical Purchase Description (ATPD).
This information is DRAFT ONLY and is anticipated to change before the final RFP is released.
