About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Hood is seeking a contractor to provide the installation of a Lenel OnGuard software-based magnetic door locking system at Building 210 and Building 253 on Fort Riley. The contractor shall install 9 secure electronic locks with PIN pads on Building 210 and 5 secure electronic locks with PIN pads plus 1 storeroom lock on Building 253. The access control system must allow facility managers to control and monitor access of personnel, locking, and unlocking of all access points. The contract will be awarded on a best value basis, evaluating factors of delivery, technical capability, and past performance as equally important as price. Quotes are due by July 26, 2024.
This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The government has not provided any information about potential incumbents or the expected award value. The work will be performed in Junction City, Kansas and the contract requires the contractor to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. The contractor must also comply with Service Contract Reporting requirements.

The Contractor shall provide the installation of a Magnetic Door Locking system using LENEL OnGuard software on Building 210 and Building 253 in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). The contractor shall install nine (9) secure electronic locks on Building 210 with an active PIN pad that has a separate and distinct access control system operating independently that will allow the facility managers to control and monitor access of personnel, locking, unlocking of all access points that are either timed to be open / unlocked or continuously locked to be opened via a keypad code entry to those with authorized access. The contractor shall install five (5) secure electronic locks on Building 253 with an active PIN pad that has a separate and distinct access control system operating independently that will allow the facility managers to control and monitor access of personnel, locking, unlocking of all access points that are either timed to be open / unlocked or continuously locked to be opened via a keypad code entry to those with authorized access. Building 253 also requires one (1) storeroom lock that does not require PIN pad or CAC reader.
