Work must commence within 10 calendar days of notice to proceed and be completed within 60 calendar days. Contractors must hold current Washington Construction Contractors Board Licenses and Washington Well Construction Operator's Licenses applicable to the work. Northeast Tri County Health District and National Park Service regulations apply. The Buy American Act applies to construction materials; contractors may apply for exceptions on non-American pump components (Grundfos, Goulds, or Franklin brands).
