This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), with bidders required to be VA-certified SDVOSBs listed in the SBA certification database. The estimated contract magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with a bid guarantee required between 20 percent of the bid price and $3,000,000. SDVOSB subcontracting limitations apply, restricting payments to non-certified firms to no more than 50 percent of the government contract amount for service work. The work will take place at the VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio 45428, and contractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act, with wage rates for various construction trades and classifications specified for Montgomery County, Ohio.
